Galaxy Cloud Kitchens Limited is an Indian company engaged in manufacturing a wide range of fresh food products, including bakery items, desserts, hot meals, and convenience foods. It currently operates on a business-to-business (B2B) model, supplying products through private labelling for well-known retail industry players and catering to QSR companies across the country. Due to continued losses in its cloud kitchen division, the management has decided to commence a foray into the retail supermarket operations business. The company's long-term strategy is to gradually phase out the cloud kitchen business and shift its primary focus towards its new retail supermarket operations. It has already launched a new business line of retail supermarket stores under the name and style of 'Galaxy Supermarket,' starting from April 2024. To support this new direction, management is also planning to venture into the business of branded dry fruits and other allied food products for distribution.;
