Eurotex Industries and Exports Limited is a public company based in India, with core business activities in manufacturing cotton yarn, knitted fabrics, and real estate development. Strategically, the company is looking at opportunities to develop its land parcel, where the second phase of its building project is now being undertaken. However, its textile business has been affected, with manufacturing plants at Kolhapur closed since March 2019 due to severe inter-union rivalry. In its real estate segment, the company's development project at Uchagaon, Kolhapur is expected to be completed before December 31, 2024. Management is currently studying ways to revive some company operations and further develop its available land area in Kolhapur for the near future. The business operates through two main segments: the 'Yarn and Real estate development segment', with all assets located in India.;

2. Update your mobile number & email Id with your stock broker/depository participant and receive OTP directly from depository on your email id and/or mobile number to create pledge.

3. Pay 20% upfront margin of the transaction value to trade in cash market segment.

4. Investors may please refer to the Exchange's Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) issued vide circular reference NSE/INSP/45191 dated July 31, 2020 and NSE/INSP/45534 dated August 31, 2020 and other guidelines issued from time to time in this regard.
