It offers Straight Flute, Spiral Point Taps, Spiral Flute 15° Taps, Spiral Flute 35° Taps, Fluteless Taps, Cast Iron, Pipe Taps, and Nut/NIB Taps. Its Straight Flute taps are mainly recommended for cast iron and spheroidal graphite (SG) iron components. These taps can also be designed for tapping on other components like cast iron, brass, magnesium, and bronze. Spiral Point Tap or Gun Nose Tap with 3-4 thread chamfer is recommended for tapping in through holes; it also offers left hand spiral with right-hand cutting for this application.
