Founded in 1972, BKM Industries Limited is a diversified company engaged in businesses including metal packaging products, aluminum containers, ship building, and agro-commodities. The company's mission is to constantly evolve as an organization, with the goal of enhancing value for all its stakeholders and the society at large. A key priority for the company is reducing its carbon footprint and consumption of depleting resources to minimize the environmental impact of its operations. To manage recent financial challenges, the company has submitted a loan rephasement proposal to its banking partners with the aim of reviving the business. However, due to sluggish demand for its products, the Company has suspended manufacturing operations at its plant in Silvassa.;
