A-One Steels India debuted on the NSE at Rs 455 per share, listing at a 12.4% premium over its upper price band of Rs 405. The Rs 405 crore IPO comprised a fresh issue of Rs 355 crore and an OFS of Rs 50 crore. Proceeds will be utilized to prepay or partially repay Rs 250 crore of borrowings, with the rest for general corporate purposes. Incorporated in 2012, the backward-integrated steelmaker operates six manufacturing facilities across Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.

A-One Steels India's GMP of ₹47 signals an estimated debut at ₹452, an 11.6% premium. Moneyview's ₹1,091.7 crore issue was subscribed 98.5 times overall, driven by QIB bidding of 227.5 times. Meanwhile, A-One Steels India's ₹405 crore issue recorded an overall subscription of 11.7 times, led by NII demand of 24.6 times.
