Currently operating in the business of manufacturing gas products and trading related items, the company has decided to shift its focus due to poor performance. The Board of Directors has resolved to switch the main line of business from the Gas Industry to the Solar Industry to capitalize on future growth. Its new objective is to generate, accumulate, and supply solar energy to diverse customers, including governments, industrial units, and other consumers of energy. Reflecting this new strategic direction, the company is changing its name and will now be known as ONIX SOLAR ENERGY LIMITED. Additionally, the company is relocating its registered office from Maharashtra to Gujarat to leverage the significant business potential in the state's solar sector. For the financial year 2023-24, the company recorded a profit of ₹21.00 lakhs, a decrease from the ₹208.99 lakhs profit of the previous year.;
