Veritas Finance Limited, a retail-focused NBFC catering primarily to MSMEs and self-employed borrowers, has refiled its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI after its initial filing in January 2025. The updated draft, submitted on July 29, 2026, proposes an IPO comprising a fresh issue and an Offer for Sale (OFS).
As per the DRHP, the IPO includes a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹900 crore, along with an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 1.28 crore equity shares by certain existing shareholders.

Established in 2015, Veritas Finance Limited is a non-deposit-taking NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The company primarily provides credit to underserved and underbanked borrowers, with a focus on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and self-employed individuals who have limited access to formal financing.
Its lending portfolio includes rural business loans, affordable home loans, used commercial vehicle loans, and unsecured working capital loans, catering to customers across rural, semi-urban, and urban markets. As of March 31, 2026, the company’s loan assets under management (AUM) stood at ₹9,134.29 crore.
