Travel Food Services Limited is set to launch its ₹2,000 crore IPO on July 7, 2025. The bidding window will be open for public subscription until July 9, 2025. The allotment process is expected to be finalised on Thursday, July 10, 2025. The Travel Food Services IPO will be listed on the BSE and NSE, with a tentative listing date set for Monday, July 14, 2025.

IPO Details 

Travel Food Services IPO is a bookbuilding issue and is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.82 crore shares by its promoter, the Kapur Family Trust. Since the issue is completely an OFS, the Company will not get any IPO proceeds.

Price Band: The company has set the price band between ₹1,045 and ₹1,100 per share. 

Lot Size: The Travel Food Services IPO lot size consists of 13 shares, resulting in a minimum investment amount of ₹14,300 at the upper limit of the price band.

Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, HSBC Securities & Capital Markets Pvt Ltd, ICICI Securities Limited, and Batlivala & Karani Securities India Private Limited are the book-running lead managers of the Travel Food Services IPO. At the same time, MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Link Intime) is the registrar for the issue.
