Tempsens Instruments (India) initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on August 20, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹650.00 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹95.00 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to ₹555.00 crore by its existing shareholders.
The IPO will remain open until August 24, 2026, while the anchor investor portion will open for subscription on August 19, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 25, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 28, 2026.

Incorporated in 1990, Tempsens Instruments (India) Limited is a thermal engineering and specialised cable manufacturer offering customised temperature sensing, electrical heating and specialised cable solutions across industries. It is the largest manufacturer of contact and non-contact temperature sensors in India by revenue, with a 10.5% share of the temperature sensor market in FY2026, and the only Indian manufacturer of non-contact temperature sensors. Its portfolio also includes specialised conductors, electrical heaters, fibre optic temperature sensors, thermal profiling systems, pyrometers and online thermal imagers.
Its products are organised into three verticals: temperature sensing solutions, electrical heating solutions and specialised cables, which contributed 44.59%, 20.70% and 34.71%, respectively, to revenue from operations in FY2026. The company serves both Project/OEM and MRO markets, combining project orders with recurring replacement and maintenance business.
