Technocraft Limited made its stock market debut on Friday, August 14, 2026, with its shares listing at an 33.96% premium on the NSE. The stock opened at ₹284 apiece on the NSE against its IPO issue price of ₹212 per share. On the BSE, the shares debuted at ₹285 per share, representing a 34.43% premium over the issue price.

The ₹251.88 crore public issue was open for subscription from August 7 to August 11, 2026, and received steady investor demand with the issue being subscribed 38.69 times by the end of the bidding period.
