Technocraft Ventures Limited will open its ₹251.88 crore initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on August 7, 2026. The book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹201.51 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to ₹50.37 crore by existing shareholders, as detailed in the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP).
The IPO will remain open until August 11, 2026, while the anchor investor portion will open a day earlier on August 6, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 12, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 14, 2026.

Established in 1998, Technocraft Ventures Limited is a multidisciplinary infrastructure developer that executes turnkey EPC projects across water and wastewater infrastructure, roads and highways, electrical transmission, urban infrastructure, and O&M services. It primarily undertakes projects for state governments and public agencies across North and Central India.
Technocraft Ventures has executed projects under major government schemes such as Jal Jeevan Mission, Namami Gange, AMRUT, and PMGSY. It also undertakes ADB-funded projects and provides integrated capabilities from design and construction to commissioning and long-term maintenance.
