Sunshine Pictures initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on August 18, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹282.14 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of shares aggregating up to ₹172.80 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to ₹109.34 crore by existing shareholders.

The IPO will remain open until August 20, 2026, while the anchor investor portion will open for subscription on August 17, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 21, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 25, 2026.

Sunshine Pictures is engaged in the production, marketing and distribution of films, television serials and web series. Its notable projects include ‘Force’, ‘Force 2’, ‘Commando 2’ and ‘The Kerala Story’. The company follows a technology-driven, data-backed approach to content creation, using digital tools and audience analytics across production and post-production.

The company has produced 13 commercial films, two web series and three TV serials. It is currently working on projects including ‘Hisaab’ with Jio Studios, ‘Samuk’ and ‘Nanavati vs Nanavati’, scheduled for release in FY27.
