IPO Details

Suba Hotels IPO is a book-building issue of ₹75.47 crores, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 0.68 crore equity shares. The price band is set at ₹105 to ₹111 per share. The tentative listing on NSE SME is October 7, 2025. 

Unistone Capital Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, and Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar for the issue.

Use of Proceeds

The net proceeds from the fresh issue will be used towards: 

  • Fund capital expenditure towards the upgradation and last-mile funding of hotel premises
  • General corporate purposes
