Steamhouse India’ initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on September 9, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹414.00 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹353.00 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to ₹61.00 crore by its existing shareholders.
The IPO will remain open until September 11, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 15, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on September 17, 2026.

Incorporated in 2015, Steamhouse India Limited specializes in the generation and centralized pipeline distribution of industrial gases, primarily steam and nitrogen, for industrial customers. It is a pioneer of the community boiler system in India, offering a shared pipeline-based alternative that eliminates the need for individual customers to maintain their own steam infrastructure.
Steam generation and distribution remains the company's core business, complemented by the purchase and redistribution of steam through its pipeline network. In 2025, it expanded into nitrogen production, becoming the only company in India to supply nitrogen through a distributed pipeline network instead of conventional cryogenic tanks or onsite generation.
