Stalwart People Services India Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on June 29, 2026, for its proposed 100% book-built initial public offering (IPO).
As per the DRHP, the proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹150 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 52.64 lakh shares by the promoters Christopher Arvinth and Caroline Mendez.
Stalwart might also consider a pre-IPO placement of up to ₹225 crore before filing the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP). If the pre-IPO placement is completed, the amount raised through it will be reduced from the fresh issue. However, the pre-IPO placement, if undertaken, will not exceed 20% of the size of the fresh issue.
Specific details of the price band, lot size, Anchor Investor bidding date, and public subscription opening and closing dates are yet to be announced.
