SRIT India’s initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on September 28, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹218.40 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of up to 1.68 lakh equity shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) by its existing shareholders.
The IPO will remain open until September 30, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on October 1, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on October 6, 2026.

Incorporated in 1994, SRIT India is an IT and IT-enabled services provider with 26 years of experience in digital solutions, custom application development and systems integration. It operates across healthcare, e-governance, and telecommunications and broadband.
The company has executed over 103 projects worth ₹12,347.16 million in the last decade for government and enterprise clients in India and select overseas markets. Its projects include healthcare platforms, AI-based transport systems, fibre networks, banking connectivity and e-governance solutions.
