Sonaselection India made its stock market debut on Thursday, September 24, 2026, with its shares listing at a 3.34% premium on the NSE. The stock opened at ₹102.21 apiece on the NSE against its IPO issue price of ₹99 per share. On the BSE, the shares debuted at ₹102 per share, representing a 3.03% premium over the issue price.

The company’s ₹141.57  crore IPO was open for subscription from September 17 to September 21, 2026, and witnessed modest investor interest. The issue was subscribed 2.01 times by the end of the bidding period.

Sonaselection India Limited is a textile company that manufactures and processes value-added fabrics, including cotton, cotton lycra, cotton blends, and polyester blends. Its processing facility in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, covers approximately 49,540 square metres and has an annual production capacity of 82.44 million metres.

The company carries out in-house bleaching, dyeing, and finishing, while sourcing greige fabric from external suppliers or through outsourced yarn conversion. These fabrics are then processed into finished products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
