Skyways Air Services made a weak stock market debut on Tuesday, September 125, 2026, with its shares listing at a 9.43% discount on the NSE. The stock opened at ₹124.99 apiece on the NSE against its IPO issue price of ₹138 per share. On the BSE, the shares debuted at ₹124.50 per share, representing a 9.78% discount over the issue price.

The company’s ₹582.80 crore IPO was open for subscription from August 24 to August 27, 2026, and witnessed strong investor interest. The issue was subscribed 48.52 times by the end of the bidding period.
