Shreeji Shipping Global launched its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on August 19, 2025. The bidding window for the IPO was open till August 21, 2025, for public subscription. The shares of Shreeji Shipping Global made a positive debut on the Dalal Street today, on August 26, 2025, listing at a premium on both NSE and BSE.
The shares of Shreeji Shipping Global opened at ₹271.85 on the BSE, marking a premium of 7.9% over the IPO price band of ₹252. However, the shares listed at ₹270 on the NSE showing a premium of 7.14% over the IPO issue price.
Overall, the Shreeji Shipping listing was a bit below the grey market expectations. Ahead of the listing, unlisted shares of Shreeji Shipping Global were trading at ₹286, hinting a listing at 13.54% premium.

On Day 3, Shreeji Shipping Global IPO saw a subscription of 58.10 times. The public issue was subscribed 21.94 times in the retail category, 110.41 times in QIB, and 72.70 times in the NII category.

Shreeji Shipping Global IPO was a book-building issue of ₹410.71 crores consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 1.63 crore shares. The price band was set between ₹240 and ₹252 per share, and the minimum lot size for an application was 58. The minimum investment amount required for retail investors was ₹13,920 (58 shares).
Beeline Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. was the book running lead manager, and Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. was the registrar of the issue.

Shreeji Shipping Global Limited, founded in 1995, is a leading provider of integrated shipping and logistics solutions for dry-bulk cargo. Originally a partnership firm, it became a private limited company in April 2024 and was converted into a public company in November 2024.
The company offers services such as cargo handling, port-to-plant logistics, vessel chartering, and equipment rentals. It operates across 20+ Indian ports and jetties, including Kandla, Magdalla, Navlakhi, Bedi, and Dharamtar. It has also expanded internationally to Sri Lanka and West Africa.
The company reported a revenue of ₹610.45 crore in FY25 and a net profit of ₹141.24 crore.
