Shiprocket’s ₹1,617.48 crore initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on August 12, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 9.13 crore equity shares aggregating up to ₹885.50 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 7.55 crore equity shares aggregating up to ₹731.98 crore by existing shareholders.
The IPO will remain open until August 14, 2026, while the anchor investor portion will open for subscription on August 11, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 17, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 19, 2026.

Shiprocket Limited, incorporated in 2011, is an Indian e-commerce enablement platform that provides technology-driven solutions for MSMEs, D2C brands, and large retailers. Its platform integrates domestic shipping, fulfillment, checkout, payments, and cross-border logistics, helping merchants efficiently manage and scale their online businesses. According to the Redseer Report, Shiprocket was the largest new-age end-to-end horizontal e-commerce enablement platform in India by revenue from operations in Fiscal 2026.
Originally launched as a shipping platform, the company has expanded into cargo and fulfilment, omnichannel commerce through Shiprocket Omuni, international shipping, advertising and marketing solutions, merchant financing, and hyperlocal deliveries. It served merchants across 146 countries in Fiscal 2026 through five major international shipping corridors and primarily generated revenue through a usage-based pricing model, where customers pay based on shipments, transactions, and other platform services.
