The IPO will remain open for subscription until August 14, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 17, 2026, while the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on August 19, 2026.

Shiprocket Limited, incorporated in 2011, is an Indian e-commerce enablement platform offering technology-led solutions to MSMEs, D2C brands and large retailers. Its platform brings together domestic shipping, fulfilment, checkout, payments and cross-border logistics, enabling merchants to manage and scale their online operations. According to the Redseer Report, Shiprocket was India’s largest new-age end-to-end horizontal e-commerce enablement platform by revenue from operations in Fiscal 2026.
Initially launched as a shipping platform, the company has expanded into cargo and fulfillment, omnichannel commerce through Shiprocket Omuni, international shipping, advertising and marketing solutions, merchant financing and hyperlocal deliveries. In Fiscal 2026, it served merchants across 146 countries through five key international shipping corridors. Its primary revenue model is usage-based, with customers paying for shipments, transactions and other platform services.
