Shiprocket’s ₹1,617.48 crore initial public offering (IPO) opened for public subscription today, August 12, 2026, with a price band of ₹92 to ₹97 per share. As of 10:50 A.M on the first day of bidding, the issue had been subscribed 0.17 times.

The IPO will remain open for subscription until August 14, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 17, 2026, while the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on August 19, 2026.

Shiprocket Limited, incorporated in 2011, is an Indian e-commerce enablement platform offering technology-led solutions to MSMEs, D2C brands and large retailers. Its platform brings together domestic shipping, fulfilment, checkout, payments and cross-border logistics, enabling merchants to manage and scale their online operations.
