Shah Investor's Home’s initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on September 28, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹90.17 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of up to 53.99 lakh equity shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) by its existing shareholders.
The IPO will remain open until September 30, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on October 1, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on October 6, 2026.

With over three decades of experience, the company primarily serves retail customers, including resident and non-resident Indians, through its branch network and authorised persons across Gujarat and Maharashtra.
As of March 31, 2026, Shah Investors had serviced over 1,00,000 demat accounts and more than 38,000 active clients, supported by over 181 authorised persons and 11 branches across key cities in Gujarat and Maharashtra.
