Surat-based dermatology-focused healthcare services provider Sakhiya Skin Clinic has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) on August 16, 2025, with BSE for small and medium enterprise (SME) IPO.

The company will not receive any proceeds from the OFS component, and it will be transferred to the selling shareholder.

Sakhiya Skin Clinic’s revenue from operations has shown consistent YOY (year-on-year) growth, increasing from ₹34,031.9 lakhs in FY 2022–23 to ₹43,797.9 lakhs in FY 2023–24 and further to ₹52,877.8 lakhs in FY 2024–25.
Sakhiya Skin Clinic is a dermatology-centric healthcare services provider in India that operates under the brand name “Sakhiya Skin Clinic”. Through a network of 35 clinics across 24 cities, the brand has served over 5.4 lakh patients.
Their offerings include treatments for acne and acne scars, laser hair removal, pigmentation correction, Botox and fillers, anti-ageing therapy, skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, tattoo removal, and cosmetic surgeries.
The company has also developed an exclusive line of dermatology and cosmeceutical products under the proprietary brand “Dr Sakhiya’s Advanced Skin Science”. This range includes dermatologist-formulated solutions such as anti-acne face washes, vitamin C serums, herbal shampoos, hair growth oils, and broad-spectrum sunscreens.
