Prasol Chemicals’ initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on September 8, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹500.00 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹80.00 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to ₹420.00 crore.
The IPO will remain open until September 10, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 11, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on September 16, 2026.

Prasol Chemicals Limited , incorporated in 1992, is a forward-integrated specialty chemicals manufacturer with over 33 years of experience, producing acetone-based, phosphorus-based and other complex specialty chemicals. As of July 15, 2026, the company offered over 150 products to more than 1,600 customers across 69 countries, serving key industries including performance chemicals, paints and coatings, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and home and personal care.
As of June 30, 2026, its portfolio comprised 21 acetone-based, 53 phosphorus-based and 76 other specialty chemicals, including customised surfactants, additives, ethers, esters, polymers and acids.
