Global mobile entertainment company PlaySimple Games has filed DRHP (Draft Red Herring Prospectus) with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) on April 23, 2026. As of FY2025, the company is the largest Indian pure-play casual mobile games company in terms of revenue (according to the Redseer Report).
As per the DRHP, the issue is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹3,150 crore by promoter MTGx Gaming Holding AB with no fresh issue.
The book-running lead managers for the IPO are Axis Capital Limited, J.P. Morgan India Private Limited, and Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited. MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar for the issue.
As the issue is entirely an offer for sale (OFS), the company will not receive any proceeds and will directly be allocated to selling shareholder MTGx Gaming Holding AB.
PlaySimple Games is a global mobile gaming company that develops and manages a diverse portfolio of 30 live casual mobile games spanning categories such as word search, crosswords, anagrams, and puzzle-based formats.
Its flagship titles, including Word Search Explorer, have achieved widespread popularity across multiple international markets, attracting millions of daily active users and consistently ranking highly in download charts across numerous countries.
