Orient Cables (India)’s initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on September 25, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹552.00 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 1.18 crore equity shares aggregating up to ₹320.00 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 85.29 lakh equity shares aggregating up to ₹232.00 crore by its existing shareholders.
The IPO will remain open until September 29, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 30, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on October 5, 2026.

Incorporated in 2005, Orient Cables (India) Limited is a manufacturer of networking cables and passive networking equipment, serving industries such as broadband, telecom, data centres, renewable energy, smart buildings, security, FMEG and automotive. With nearly two decades of operations, it offers a diversified portfolio of networking cables, including CAT5, CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, CCTV and coaxial cables, along with patch cords and connectivity solutions.
The company also manufactures specialty power, control and instrumentation cables, optical fibre cables, and fibre patch cord assemblies. In FY26, the company expanded into wire and cable harness assemblies and EV charging gun cable assemblies, while also offering allied products such as keystone jacks, power strips and power cords, with a focus on customized solutions for customers.
