Orient Cables (India)'s ₹552.00 crore initial public offering (IPO) entered its final day of public subscription today, September 29, 2026, with a price band of ₹258 to ₹272 per share. As of 10:12 A.M. on the third day of bidding, the issue had been subscribed 9.63 times.

The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 30, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on October 5 , 2026.

Incorporated in 2005, Orient Cables (India) Limited is a manufacturer of networking cables and passive networking equipment serving sectors such as broadband, telecommunications, data centres, renewable energy, smart buildings, security, FMEG and automotive. Its product portfolio includes CAT5, CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, CCTV and coaxial cables, along with patch cords and other connectivity solutions.

The company also manufactures specialty power, control, instrumentation and optical fibre cables, as well as fibre patch cord assemblies. In FY26, it expanded into wire and cable harness assemblies and EV charging gun cable assemblies, while broadening its range of customised allied products, including keystone jacks, power strips and power cords.
