Nityas Gems & Jewellery’ initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on September 30, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹108.35 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of up to 1.45 crore equity shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) by its existing shareholders.

Its product range spans rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, mangalsutras and more across daily wear, occasion, men's and customized segments, with a strategic focus on lightweight, affordable jewellery for younger consumers.
The company supplies design-led, customized jewellery to prominent retailers like GIVA, Palmonas, ONYA and Ladia Diamonds, along with standalone retailers and wholesalers across 18 states, 2 union territories, and export markets including the UAE, Australia, Canada, Taiwan and Kenya—supported by its manufacturing facility in Surat, Gujarat.
