Its business model combines B2B manufacturing and distribution to organised retailers, standalone stores and wholesalers with D2C omnichannel retail through its subsidiary, Ayaani Diamonds and Jewellery Private Limited. Its product portfolio includes rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets and mangalsutras, covering daily wear, occasion, men’s and customised jewellery, with an emphasis on lightweight and affordable designs for younger consumers.
The company supplies customised, design-focused jewellery to retailers such as GIVA, Palmonas, ONYA and Ladia Diamonds, along with standalone retailers and wholesalers across 18 states and 2 Union Territories. It also serves international markets including the UAE, Australia, Canada, Taiwan and Kenya, with manufacturing operations based in Surat, Gujarat.
