Molbio Diagnostics initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on August 10, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of shares aggregating up to ₹200.00 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 0.92 crore equity shares by existing shareholders.
The IPO will remain open until August 12, 2026, while the anchor investor portion will open for subscription on August 7, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 13, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 17, 2026.

Incorporated in 2000, Molbio Diagnostics Limited is a point-of-care (POC) diagnostics company that develops rapid and cost-effective molecular testing solutions for infectious and non-communicable diseases. Its flagship Truenat platform is a battery-operated PCR testing system designed for use in resource-limited settings, delivering results within an hour. As of March 31, 2026, the company offered testing for 30 diseases through 43 assays, including tuberculosis (TB), COVID-19, HIV, hepatitis B and C, and HPV.
The company also provides diagnostic solutions in radiology, digital pathology, and breast health screening through its subsidiaries and partners. Truenat has been patented in over 100 countries, and its TB test is among the few rapid molecular diagnostic tests endorsed by the World Health Organization (WHO) for the initial diagnosis of tuberculosis and rifampicin resistance.
