The ₹939.70 crore Molbio Diagnostics initial public offering (IPO) entered its second day of public subscription today, August 11, 2026, with a price band of ₹768 to ₹807 per share. As of 10:45 AM on day 2, the issue had been subscribed 1.19 times.
The IPO will remain open for subscription until August 12, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 13, 2026, while the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on August 17, 2026.

Founded in 2000, Molbio Diagnostics Limited develops point-of-care (POC) diagnostic solutions aimed at making molecular testing faster and more accessible for infectious and non-communicable diseases. Its flagship Truenat platform is a portable, battery-operated PCR system designed for resource-constrained settings and can deliver test results in around an hour. As of March 31, 2026, the company offered 43 assays covering 30 diseases, including tuberculosis (TB), COVID-19, HIV, hepatitis B and C, and HPV.
In addition to molecular diagnostics, Molbio provides solutions in radiology, digital pathology and breast health screening through its subsidiaries and strategic partnerships. Its Truenat technology is protected by patents across more than 100 countries. The company’s tuberculosis test is also among the rapid molecular diagnostic tests recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) for the initial detection of TB and rifampicin resistance.
