Milky Mist debuted on the stock exchanges on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, with its shares opening at ₹165 apiece on both the NSE and BSE. The stocks listed at a premium of 17.86% against the upper band of the issue price of ₹140 per share.

The company’s ₹1,553.00 crore IPO was open for subscription from August 11 to August 13, 2026, and witnessed strong investor interest. The issue was subscribed 56.12 times by the end of the bidding period.

Incorporated in 2014, Milky Mist Dairy Food Limited is an Indian packaged food company specialising in value-added dairy products. Its product range includes cheese, butter, paneer, curd, ghee, yoghurt, ice cream and ultra-high-temperature (UHT) long-shelf-life products, as well as frozen foods, ready-to-eat (RTE), ready-to-cook (RTC) products and chocolates.

The company sells its products under the flagship ‘Milky Mist’ brand and other brands, including ‘SmartaChef’, ‘Capella’ and ‘Misty Lite’. Following recent acquisitions, its portfolio has also expanded to include the ‘Briyas’ and ‘Asal’ brands. In FY26, the company was the largest private packaged paneer brand in India’s organised branded market, with an estimated market share of approximately 19.0%.
