Mumbai-based Cybersecurity firm Meta Infotech Limited made a strong debut on the BSE SME platform on Friday. From the issue price of ₹161, the shares listed at ₹225, a 39.75% premium.
The ₹80.18 crore IPO consisted of a fresh issue of ₹20.04 crores and offer-for-sale of ₹60.13 crores. The price band was set at ₹161 per share, and the lot size was 800 shares. The IPO was open for bidding from Jul 4, 2025 to Jul 8, 2025 during which the IPO received 55,55,36,800 bids against 35,77,600 total shares offered.

Hem Securities Limited was the book-running lead manager, while Kfin Technologies Limited is the registrar for the Meta Infotech IPO.
The IPO proceeds will be used for repayment of borrowings, setting up a new corporate office in Mumbai, establishing an experience center in Mumbai, and general corporate purposes.
Meta Infotech, incorporated in 1998, provides a range of IT security and network infrastructure services. The company’s revenue from operations grew by 40.33%, rising from ₹10,841.23 lakhs in FY 23 to ₹15,213.32 lakhs in FY 24.
