Master Chains N Jewels Limited, one of India's leading gold chain manufacturers, filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on July 25, 2026, for its proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO).

According to the DRHP, the proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹400 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 0.59 crore equity shares by existing shareholders.
