
Manipal Health Enterprises is set to open its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for subscription on July 29, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹9,273.64 crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹7,998.43 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to ₹1,275.22 crore by existing shareholders.
The IPO will be available for subscription from Wednesday, July 29, 2026, to Friday, July 31, 2026, with anchor investor bidding scheduled for Tuesday, July 28, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 3, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on both the NSE and BSE on August 5, 2026.

Manipal Health Enterprises operates one of India's largest pan-India multispecialty hospital networks, with 49 hospitals and 13,037 licensed beds across 14 states and union territories as of March 31, 2026. It is the largest private hospital chain by bed capacity and the second largest by number of hospitals in India. In Fiscal 2026, it served 7.63 million patients and had 11,064 doctors across its network.
The company specializes in tertiary and quaternary care, with cardiac sciences, oncology, neurosciences, gastro sciences, orthopedics, and renal sciences (CONGO-R) contributing 64.3% of gross inpatient revenue in Fiscal 2026. It has expanded through acquisitions, including AMRI Hospitals, Medica Synergie, and Sahyadri Group, and plans to add approximately 2,426 licensed beds by 2030.
