Manipal Health Enterprises Limited opened its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for subscription on July 29, 2026. The IPO has drawn investor attention as the company is one of India’s leading healthcare providers with an established presence in the multi-speciality hospital segment.

The Manipal Health Enterprises IPO aims to raise ₹9,275.22 crore through a combination of a fresh issue of 13.56 crore equity shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 2.16 crore equity shares. The issue will remain open for subscription until July 31, 2026.

The IPO will close on July 31, 2026. The allotment of shares is expected to be finalised on August 3, 2026, while the company’s shares are scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on August 5, 2026.

  • Repayment/ prepayment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings and accrued interest thereon availed by one of its material subsidiaries, namely, Manipal Hospitals Private Limited

Manipal Health Enterprises is one of India's leading multispecialty hospital chains, operating a nationwide network of 49 hospitals with 13,037 licensed beds across 14 states and union territories as of March 31, 2026. The company is the country's largest private hospital network by bed capacity and the second largest by the number of hospitals. During Fiscal 2026, it provided healthcare services to 7.63 million patients and had a network of 11,064 doctors.

The company primarily focuses on tertiary and quaternary healthcare services. Its key specialties—cardiac sciences, oncology, neurosciences, gastro sciences, orthopedics, and renal sciences (CONGO-R)—accounted for 64.3% of its gross inpatient revenue in Fiscal 2026. Manipal Health has also strengthened its presence through acquisitions such as AMRI Hospitals, Medica Synergie, and the Sahyadri Group, and aims to increase its capacity by adding around 2,426 licensed beds by 2030.
