Lohia Corp is set to open its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for public subscription on Thursday, July 23, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹1,101.28 crore IPO comprises an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 2.59 crore equity shares by the existing shareholders.
The IPO will remain open for subscription until Monday, July 27, 2026, with the anchor investor bidding scheduled for Wednesday, July 22, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on July 28, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on both the NSE and BSE on July 30, 2026.

Incorporated in 2023, Lohia Corp Limited manufactures machinery for the woven polypropylene (PP) and HDPE raffia industry, offering end-to-end solutions from design and manufacturing to commissioning. Its product portfolio includes tape extrusion lines, circular looms, coating and lamination lines, printing machines, conversion machines, recycling machines, and other equipment used across the packaging, agriculture, textiles, and industrial sectors.
The company held a 15.4% share of the global woven raffia machinery market by value in 2024 and was the market leader in India, with a 40.7% market share by value in Fiscal 2025. As of March 31, 2026, it operated six manufacturing facilities across India, the U.S., and Italy.
