LEAP India’s ₹2,480 crore initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on August 7, 2026. According to the RHP, the book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹480.00 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to ₹2,000 crore by existing shareholders.
The IPO will remain open until August 11, 2026, while the anchor investor portion will open a day earlier on August 6, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 12, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 14, 2026.

Incorporated in 2013, LEAP India provides sustainable supply chain and asset-pooling solutions, offering pallet and container pooling, returnable packaging, transportation, inventory management, and material handling equipment. In 2023, global investment firm KKR acquired a majority stake in the company as part of its Asia infrastructure strategy.
As of March 31, 2026, the company served more than 1,000 customers across sectors including FMCG, food and beverage, e-commerce, logistics, automotive, and industrials. LEAP India also focuses on sustainable operations through responsible sourcing and ESG-driven product design.
