LCC Projects’ initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on September 9, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹427.14 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 1.77 crore equity shares aggregating up to ₹258.00 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.16 crore equity shares aggregating up to ₹169.14 crore by its existing shareholders.
The IPO will remain open until September 11, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 15, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on September 17, 2026.

Incorporated in 2017, LCC Projects Limited is a multidisciplinary engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company specializing in irrigation and water supply infrastructure. With over two decades of execution experience, it has delivered dams, barrages, canals, hydraulic structures, lift irrigation systems, pipe distribution networks, and water supply schemes across 12 Indian states.
EPC projects contributed nearly 99.8% of the company's revenue in Fiscal 2026, reflecting its core business focus. As of March 31, 2026, it had an order book of 103 projects, led by major irrigation and multi-village water supply projects, while also expanding into metro rail construction and mining development & operations (MDO) projects.
