Laser Power & Infra's ₹742 crore IPO is set to open for subscription on Thursday, July 9, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the issue comprises a fresh issue of ₹542 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹200 crore by the promoters. Anchor investor bidding will open a day earlier, on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
The IPO will remain open for subscription until July 13, 2026. Following the closure of the issue, the basis of allotment is expected to be finalized on July 14, 2026, while the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on both the NSE and BSE on July 16, 2026.

Laser Power & Infra Limited is an integrated manufacturer of power cables, conductors, and other specialized products used in India's power transmission and distribution sector. In 2015, the company expanded into the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) segment, undertaking rural electrification projects, power distribution infrastructure development, substation installations, and other turnkey power solutions.
The company operates three manufacturing units in West Bengal with a combined installed capacity of 85,448 MT as of March 31, 2026. According to CRISIL, it is among the leading manufacturers of power cables and conductors in East India by installed capacity and is an approved supplier to Indian Railways, with RDSO accreditation for manufacturing various signalling and power cable products.
