Kusumgar's IPO is set to open on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. According to the RHP, the ₹650 crore issue consists entirely of an Offer for Sale (OFS) from the company's promoters
As the issue is purely an OFS with no fresh issue component, the entire proceeds will go to the selling promoters, and the company itself will not receive any funds from the IPO.
Investors will be able to subscribe to the issue between July 8 and July 10, 2026, with anchor investor bidding starting a day earlier, on July 7, 2026.
Once the subscription window closes, allotment is expected to be finalized on July 13, 2026, and the stock is tentatively slated to debut on both the NSE and BSE on July 15, 2026.
