Knack Packaging is scheduled to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on July 1, 2026. As per the RHP, the ₹439.50 crore Knack Packaging IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹380.00 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of ₹59.50 crore. 

The public issue will remain open for subscription from Wednesday, July 1, 2026, to Friday, July 3, 2026, while the anchor investor bidding is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. 

Following the subscription period, the basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on July 6, 2026. The shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on both the NSE and BSE on July 8, 2026.
