Karamtara Engineering’ initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on September 9, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹875.00 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 2.66 crore equity shares aggregating up to ₹675.00 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 78.74 crore equity shares aggregating up to ₹200.00 crore by its existing shareholders.
The IPO will remain open until September 11, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 15, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on September 17, 2026.

Incorporated in 1996, Karamtara Engineering Limited is a backward-integrated manufacturer of engineered products for the renewable energy and power transmission sectors. According to the F&S Report, it was India's largest integrated manufacturer of solar mounting structures and tracker components by installed capacity in Fiscal 2026, with a diversified portfolio serving both domestic and global markets.
The company offers fixed-tilt and tracker solar structures, fasteners, and overhead transmission line hardware, while also expanding into wind turbine towers and battery energy storage systems (BESS). With exports to over 50 countries and a strong customer base comprising leading OEMs, EPC companies, and independent power producers, Karamtara is also recognised as a Four Star Export House by the Government of India.
