The ₹1,055.74 crore Kanohar Electricals initial public offering (IPO) entered its final day of public subscription today, September 10, 2026, with a price band of ₹601 to ₹632 per share. As of 10:12 A.M on the third day of bidding, the issue had been subscribed 11.10 times.

The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 11, 2026, while the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on September 16, 2026.

Kanohar Electricals Limited is one of India's leading transformer manufacturers by revenue in Fiscal 2026, catering to the power transmission, power distribution, railway, and renewable energy sectors. As of March 31, 2026, it was among only five Indian companies certified to conduct short-circuit testing for 500 MVA, 400 kV transformers and had successfully tested over 200 transformer ratings. The company is also one of the few RDSO-approved manufacturers of Scott transformers used in railway electrification.

The company operates across two business verticals: transformer manufacturing and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction). Its backward-integrated manufacturing facilities enable in-house production of transformers, while the EPC division executes turnkey substation and transmission line projects for the power transmission and distribution industry.
