Jio Platforms Limited, the digital services subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, has received SEBI's final approval to launch its proposed initial public offering (IPO). The market regulator issued its observation letter on August 28, 2026, allowing the company to proceed with the public issue after reviewing its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP).

The IPO is expected to raise over ₹37,000 crore through a fresh issue of equity shares, potentially making it the largest IPO in India's history.
