Jindal Supreme (India)'s ₹124.88 crore initial public offering (IPO) entered its final day of public subscription today, September 18, 2026, with a price band of ₹88 to ₹93 per share. As of 9:10 A.M on the third day of bidding, the issue had been subscribed 32.12 times.

The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 21, 2026, while the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on September 23, 2026.

Founded in 1974, Jindal Supreme (India) Limited is a manufacturer of steel pipes, tubes, and infrastructure products catering to industrial and construction sectors. Its product range includes MS black pipes and tubes, galvanized pipes, metal beam crash barriers, and GI tubular poles, manufactured in accordance with Indian Standards for applications across water supply, highways, bridges, oil and gas, chemicals, agriculture, and rural electrification.

The company diversified into metal beam crash barriers in FY2025 and GI tubular poles in FY2026 to strengthen its presence in the infrastructure segment. It generates most of its revenue through direct sales to institutional customers, infrastructure contractors, and industrial clients, while also leveraging its established network of steel product dealers.
