Jindal Supreme (India)'s ₹124.88 crore initial public offering (IPO) entered its second day of public subscription today, September 17, 2026, with a price band of ₹88 to ₹93 per share. As of 9:55 A.M on the first day of bidding, the issue had been subscribed 7.81 times.

Founded in 1974, Jindal Supreme (India) Limited manufactures and supplies steel pipes, tubes, and infrastructure products for industrial and construction applications. Its portfolio includes MS black pipes and tubes, galvanized pipes, metal beam crash barriers, and GI tubular poles, serving sectors such as water supply, construction, roads, bridges, oil and gas, chemicals, agriculture, and rural electrification.

The company expanded into metal beam crash barriers in FY2025 and GI tubular poles in FY2026 to tap infrastructure demand. Its revenue is mainly generated through direct sales to institutional buyers, infrastructure contractors, and industrial customers, along with a network of long-standing steel product dealers.
