Jaro Institute IPO closes today on September 25, 2025 for public subscription. The allotment process is expected to be finalised on Friday, September 26, 2025. The Jaro Institute IPO will be listed on the BSE and NSE, with a tentative listing date set for Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

Jaro Institute of Technology Management & Research - IPO Details

Jaro Institute IPO is a bookbuilding IPO with a total issue size of ₹450 crores. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 0.19 crore shares, aggregating to ₹170 crore, and an offer for sale of 0.31 crore shares, aggregating to ₹ 280 crore. The issue price band is set at ₹846 - ₹890 per share. The minimum lot size of the issue is 16, with a minimum investment of ₹13,536. 

Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited and Systematix Corporate Services Limited are the book-running lead managers of the Jaro Institute IPO. At the same time, Bigshare Services Private Limited is the registrar for the issue.

Jaro Institute IPO Day 3 Subscription Status

On Day 3, the Jaro Institute IPO was subscribed 3.74 times so far as per the NSE data. The public issue was subscribed to 3.59 times in the retail category, 0.69 times in QIB, and 8.15 times in the NII category.

Utilisation of Proceeds

The Company will utilise the net proceeds of the issue for the following purposes:

  • Marketing, brand building and advertising activities.
  • Prepayment or scheduled repayment of a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the Company.
  • General corporate purposes.
