Indo-MIM is set to open its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for subscription on July 23, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹3,811.21 crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹500.00 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to ₹3,311.21 crore by existing shareholders.
The IPO will be available for subscription from Thursday, July 23, 2026, to Monday, July 27, 2026, with anchor investor bidding scheduled for Wednesday, July 22, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on July 28, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on both the NSE and BSE on July 30, 2026.

With over 25 years of experience, it is the world's largest MIM component manufacturer, holding a 6.8% global market share in 2025.
Its products serve the automotive, defence, medical, consumer, and aerospace sectors. The company operates 15 manufacturing facilities across India, the US, the UK, and Mexico, serving over 1,100 customers globally, with international markets contributing 77.2% of revenue in Fiscal 2026.
