Bengaluru-based managed workplace solutions company Indiqube Spaces Limited is coming with its IPO on July 23, 2025. The proposed issue is a book-building issue of ₹700 crore, comprising a fresh issue of ₹650 crore and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of ₹50 crore, with promoters Rishi Das and Meghna Agarwal each offloading ₹25 crore in the OFS. 

IPO Details

  • Price Band: The IPO price band is set at ₹225 to ₹237 per share. 

  • Lot Size:
    • For retail investors: 1 lot (63 shares), requiring a minimum investment of ₹14,175.
    • For Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs)
      • sNII (small NII): Minimum application of 14 lots (882 shares), requiring an investment of ₹2,09,034.
      • bNII (big NII): Minimum application of 67 lots (4,221 shares), requiring an investment of ₹10,00,377.

  • Book-running lead manager ICICI Securities Limited

  • Registrar: MUFG Intime India Private Limited

  • Use of Proceeds: The net proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to
    • Fund capital expenditure to establish new centres
    • Repay/prepay outstanding borrowings
    • General corporate purposes
